Natalie trained with Hewlett Swanson and qualified into our corporate team in 2019.  She works closely with Jo and the wider team with particular focus on corporate acquisitions and disposals, company incorporation, structuring and debt/equity investments. Natalie also works closely with the real estate team to provide corporate support on property investment structuring and secured lending transactions.
